Reading Your Meters

• Since we have automated digital meters, we do not manually read the meters
• We can generally tell from the automated readings if the meter is working properly

Accessing Your Meters

Please make sure we have the required access to your meter:

• Remove or trim overgrown shrubs, trees, and vines
• If you have a dog in a fenced yard where the meter is located, please have a sign on the fence so we can ask you to manage the dog while we work
• Remove any debris or vehicles that would interfere with us servicing your meter

• Members are allowed 1 free meter test per 12-month period
