Monday thru Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. (CST).
A lineman is on stand-by 24/7 to repair your outage.
Before reporting an outage, please check your fuses or breakers to determine if this is the cause of your outage.
You may report your outage through our SmartHub account management gateway. Sign-up for outatge reporting through the purple SmartHub button on our home page and then you can report your outage there or through the SmartHub app. You need to do the initial set-up through our website for the reporting to work in the app.
When reporting an outage by phone, please report the following information:
- the name and address under which your billing is listed,
- the REMC account number, and
- what time the electricity went off.
We will get to the problem as quickly as possible, please be patient with us in cases of widespread outages.
