Metering

Since we have automated digital meters, we do not manually read the meters. We can generally tell from the automated readings if the meter is working properly.

Please make sure we have the required access to your meter:

  • Remove or trim overgrown shrubs, trees and vines.
  • If you have a dog in a fenced yard where the meter is located, please have a sign on the fence so we can ask you to manage the dog while we work.
  • Remove any debris or vehicles that would interfere with us servicing your meter.

Members are allowed one free meter test per 12-month period.
